Matt Grieco is the owner, director, and celebrant of Grieco Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. He has been a licensed provider of cremation and burial services in Chester County for over 22 years. He is also the owner of Naugle Funeral and Cremation Service, Ltd in Quakertown, PA since 2019 which houses an on-site crematorium. Grieco Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. is honored to serve families of Kennett Square, Unionville, West Chester, West Grove, Avondale, Toughkenamon, Oxford, Chadds Ford, Kemblesville, Lincoln University, Landenberg, and Cochranville. The funeral home team is ready to assist you 24/7 with any questions or requests you may have about end-of-life services. The funeral home office is located at 405 W State St Kennett Square, PA 19348 (405 West State Street operates as Grieco Funeral Home and Crematory?s office only. Sheltering, embalming, and cremation occur at our affiliated funeral home in Quakertown, PA also owned by Matthew Grieco. Matt offers pre-planning and funeral counseling and services to family, friends, and others who call on him at their time of need.
Matt holds a BS in Health Policy Administration from Penn State University and a degree in mortuary science from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He is a Licensed Funeral Director in the States of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Matt purchased his first funeral home, the Foulk & Grieco funeral home, in 1999 in West Grove, PA. He then purchased 4 more firms including Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home in Kennett Square in 2005. In 2018 after 10 years in a business partnership, Matt parted ways with his former partner to set the stage for independent ownership of his new firms.
In the community, Matt is involved in the Longwood Rotary Club, Episcopal Church of the Advent, and Kennett Square Country Club. He is a member of national associates including ICCFA and NFDA. He regularly offers his trumpet skills at his church, weddings, and for many clients at funeral ceremonies. Matt currently resides in his hometown of Kennett Square PA with his wife Sherry and their 3 children, Jordan, Wilson, and Peyton.
