How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a business person in a manufacturing environment, I was always looking for a better way to do things. That usually involved streamlining processes, integrating technology with business processes, efficient data sharing, standardizing methods, etc. Computers and technology were a means for improvement.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My business experience gives me a balanced perspective toward business applications. In addition, because I was always introducing new technology to my peers, I am used to having to explain technology to people who don't know "geek speak".
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. No. I want to remain hands on.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check and invoicing for business accounts.
Which areas do you service?
Most of Lehigh and Northampton counties and parts of Carbon, Schuylkill and Berks.

Byron Paxton (myself).
What are your hours of operation?
Weekdays 9-7, Sat 10-6 & Sun 11-5. However I provide 24 hour emergency service when needed and 24/7 remote services
