What is your primary product or service?
Provide professional pet grooming services. All services provided by a certified groomer. Charges for our services are highly competitive.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in this line of work while securing my MBA. Also, I was unable to get my own dogs (3) groomed for several months. I realized there was a need in my area for an additional groomer. I immediately secured education in this area, became a certified groomer, and opened my business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My company image is above anything anyone would expect when walking into a dog grooming salon. The decor and design of my open concept salon offers a calming affect to its visitors. My services are exceptionable and my prices are highly competitive. My company philosophy is that each animal that enters my salon is entitled to one on one treatment. I don't believe in caging animals and my appointments are scheduled to insure that each animal receives their time to be pampered without distractions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I plan only to have one salon.

I am in the process of purchasing a location on Chestnut Street in Coplay and will update this question once settlement has taken place.
